Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another spotlight presentation from the Epic Film Guys as unfortunately no, there is no main show release this week. Instead, please enjoy another of the spotlights I recorded with Paul from The Countdown Movie and TV Reviews for this year's 3rd Annual Livestream for the Cure. Paul couldn't make the show live but he still really wanted to be part of it, so we recorded a series of spotlights- mostly of films I had never seen- to use as material during stream breaks. This spotlight is all about Train to Busan, a Korean horror film directed by Yeon Sang-ho set mostly on a train during the onset of a zombie apocalypse. What did I think? You'll have to tune in to find out!
Regular episodes of the show will return very soon. I have been extremely busy with a number of things lately and I haven't had the time to see any movies or sit for a recording much less edit the show. Next week I hope we can finally get you our reviews of Ad Astra and Hustlers, and I know Justin and the Sauce are itching to review Rambo: Last Blood! Thank you all so much for listening. We've got drama on the Facebook page and computer drama, as LoySauce's computer decided not to charge so he recorded segment one, then drove to Justin's house while we recorded segment FOUR, then jumped in for our FULL review of IT Chapter 2! Hello everyone and welcome to... NOT episode 200, again? We promise, we're not trying to give you Episode 200 blue balls, but unfortunately with the 4th of July holiday we could not get together to record this important episode! Welcome one and all to another episode of the Epic Film Guys podcast! We are on the doorstep of 200 episodes, and with a light week movie-wise we opted to skip recording an episode this week to instead bring you another installment of our podcasting journey. You see, back when we celebrated 100 episodes, I decided to take one minute from each episode we'd done up to that point in sequence and cut it together as an episode... just as a look back at where we'd gone over those past episodes.
It was such a blast to do, I'm doing it again! Settle in for one minute of every single episode, from 101-199! The clips are cut in sequence, so minute one is from 101, minute two from 102, and so on (unless the episode didn't have a matching timecode in which case I halved it). The result is a sampling of a ton of movie reviews, discussions, and a ton of guest voices that we've had join us on the show for the last 99 episodes. Hello everyone and welcome to a brand new episode of the Epic Film Guys podcast!! Welcome ladies and gentlemen to a pre-recorded episode of the Epic Film Guys podcast! That's right, not since my honeymoon in 2016 have we canned an episode for future release and that's because we're preparing for the Livestream for the Cure, which as of release day begins TOMORROW! Being that we canned this one early, we decided to do another entry in our "To the Tens" series and focus on the year 2014 in film! As of release, Godzilla: King of the Monsters is just a couple weeks away, so we decided to take a look back at Gareth Edwards' Godzilla, which came out that year, and we also talk briefly about what we're hoping for from King of the Monsters. I couldn't do this alone, so I was joined by two guests: our great friend Dan of Netflix 'n Swill and first-time guest Sam from Movie Reviews in 20 Qs stopped by to help out and we counted down our top five films of the year as well. This episode was supposed to feature JD of InSession Film, but sadly his audio was lost to the vastness of the internet, and none of it survived outside of a brief mention to him or something he said in the episode. He did, however, record his top five as a special insert, which you'll hear at the end of the top five discussion. This is the big one, ladies and gentlemen! After 11 years and 22 films, the entire MCU comes to a thrilling conclusion (at least for this phase) in Avengers: Endgame, and we're here with a FULL SPOILER review, as we didn't really think it possible to review or discuss the film without spoiling anything. We are joined by amazing friend of the show, Kevin Sampson of Picture Lock, to discuss the film's great and not-so-great moments, but most of our panel comes out of it with glowing recommendations! One does not (guess who?) and fireworks fly!

Hello everyone and welcome to another special episode from the Livestream for the Cure 2.0! On this episode we're joined by good friends of the show Dan and Caleb of Netflix 'n Swill for Dic Picks, a segment where they choose a random dictionary word and search for it on Netflix, picking a movie from that search to review. This was an absolute blast as I reviewed the film Check Point starring Goldberg, Justin ended up watching Cocktail because he didn't do the segment right, Dan watched the Uwe Boll movie Rampage: President Down, and Caleb watched the movie Enter the Warrior's Gate. Meet the Epic Film Guys
Epic Film Guy Nick lives in upstate NY and graduated from Clarion University of PA in 2010 with a degree in English (writing). While in college he studied film as part of a film studies minor and made a couple short films. He handles the sound production and editing of the show as well as its release and manages the twitter account @EpicFilmGuys.
Epic Film Guy Justin lives in a suburb of Washington D.C. after moving from the Binghamton, NY area with his wife and daughter. He is our resident "encyclopedia of film" and chances are, if you've heard some film news, Justin already heard it before you. A massive fan of the 80s and horror flicks of all shapes and sizes!
